Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items sold by
Lancaster Bingo Company, but due to high demand and occasional supply
issues, some products may not always be available. Because Lancaster
Bingo orders our products through several manufacturers, our product
availability can be affected by a manufacturer discontinuing a product;
some manufacturers also have a minimum order requirement before
producing another set of a product.
Lancaster Bingo Company offers over 10,000 charitable fundraising
products, which change rapidly. Therefore, we do not maintain a catalog.

License requirements vary by state and also depend on the product(s) you
are purchasing. Unlicensed customers may purchase unregulated products,
which are designated with a check mark symbol. You must be licensed to
purchase games of chance; however, there are a few exceptions in some

information and secure password. If you sign up as a licensed
organization wanting to purchase regulated products, Lancaster Bingo
must first confirm your license information with the regulators in your
area. Once we get confirmation, you’ll receive an email that your

In most states, the legal definition of a pull-tab is a game of chance
using a folded or banded paper ticket, or a paper card with perforated
break-open tabs, the face of which is covered or otherwise hidden from
view to conceal a number, letter, symbol, or a set of numbers, letters,
or symbols, some of which have been designated in advance as prize
winners and shall include charity game tickets. They are also known as
bell jars, rip-offs, pickle jars, cookies, and instant bingo tickets.

routes are subject to change at any time. Some Fundraising Coaches see
their customers the same day every week and other Fundraising Coaches
see their customers every other week. Weather conditions and order
volume sometimes delay our sales force, so they may not be at your
