Proudest Lancaster Bingo Moment: Within the last year I've had the opportunity to provide service to a new game that started up at the beginning of 2012. Initially they dealt with two other suppliers, one of which is based and operated 20 miles from where the game is played. They are currently only dealing with Lancaster Bingo Company. They've told me on multiple occasions that they prefer to work with me because I take the time to explain and show them different games. I take great pride in knowing that even though I'm located over 250 miles from their game and I'm only in their area once every two weeks, I still provide them with better service than the company that is in "their back yard."

That special feeling you get inside when you know you impressed your customer just never stops feeling great.
Proudest Lancaster Bingo Moment: The time I made a special trip to a customer that was over one hour's drive from my house on a Saturday afternoon when my customer called and said he was low on product. I just jumped in my truck and went to see my customer without even a second thought. My customer must have thanked me a dozen times that day. Felt good!
How I Make Winning Easy: I see my my customers on a regular two week schedule. They know when I'll be there and they know 99% of the time I am going to have just what they need. Getting product on a regular basis keeps their profits coming in on a regular basis.

Most Enjoyable Part of Your Job: I think I enjoy the people the most. My co-workers, who are all so very talented and hard working. My customers who treat me like family, but challenge me every day to help make their charity the best. The players, the ones who sit in the bingo hall or the ones who sit at the bar in the club. They are always willing to tell me a story from their past, a joke that makes me laugh or simply want to trade stories of what their grand-kids are doing. There are times I simply give them a hug and say "Thanks", because I know, if it wasn't for them, none of us would have a such a great place to work.
Proudest Lancaster Bingo Moment: I have a couple very proud moments. The first is a small club located in a very small community that started a bingo, mainly to keep their doors open. They told me that because of bingo they were able to put in an elevator to make it easier for the club members get downstairs to the bar, and every week when I pull up in front and see their new digital marquee sign, it makes me feel good because I know it was the bingo we started that made it possible. The second moment was when a customer I had only been seeing for a few months called the club manager of a "cold call" I had been to earlier in the day. He told him, "If you want someone who will only do business above board and the right way, if you want someone who will be dependable and not be pushy, if you want someone who has a "top notch" company behind her, then Chrissy is the girl for you." It really made me feel proud that he was happy, not only with me as a sales rep, but the entire Lancaster Bingo Company.
How I Make Winning Easy: All of my customers know they can go to our website at any time, but often, I will take a picture of new items with my cell phone, and send it in a text. I just let them know this is something new and was thinking of them. There are many times they will text me back to throw some product on the truck for them.

Proudest Lancaster Bingo Moment: I brought our Cosmic Bingo idea to a struggling client of mine a few months ago. We put together a plan for a Cosmic session, got them set up with all the product and gizmos they needed for launch. When I showed up the night of the event, their parking lot and hall was the fullest it had ever been. When you can bring them something as simple as an idea, and see it turn into extreme profitability, it doesn't get any better then that.
How I Make Winning Easy: Bringing innovation through the doors is the key to winning. Communicating new concepts to operators and club managers in a way they can understand is vital.

Most Enjoyable Part of Your Job: Flexibility. I have two small children and I am really involved with my church, so being able to have such a great relationship with my clients allows me to easily move my schedule if there happens to be a conflict.
Proudest Lancaster Bingo Moment: My proudest moment was being when I first sat down with a new client and I asked him how much money he needed to raise for his charity. He proceeded to tell me that his charity would really do what it needs on raising $800 a month. I then told him that I wasn't interested in raising him that kind of money. The conversation he thought was going to go the way of that was asking too much. I then said, "Could your charity use $20,000 a month?" His eyes got huge and said "Well...yes, of course we could." Well, in a few months, the charity that only needed the amount of $800 a month was raising over $32,000 a month. About a year after he started playing bingo, he called me at the end of his session and said that he had his largest deposit that he had ever had tonight, he would be depositing over $8,000 that night! One night he made ten times what he was hoping for in one month.
How I Make Winning Easy: I try to educate my clients so that they better understand the bingo business. I also make sure that they have everything that they need until I come back. I keep everything consistent, and they call me if I am not there by a certain time just to make sure that I'm alright.
